Soak ingredients in cold to cool water for 30-60 minutes. 2. Drain. 3. Add seasonings. ## Directions ### Pressure Cooker 1. Add 4 cups water. 2. Cook on low pressure rice setting, about 12 minutes. 3. Allow pressure to release naturally. ### Stove Top 1. Add 6 cups water. 2. Boil for 1 go 5 minutes. 3. Reduce heat and cover. 4.
