Ingredients

  • 1/2 cabbage
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (ACV)
  • 1 cup water

Description

A cooked cabbage which still has great texture and an added acidity. Can be eaten alone as a salad or as a side next to a main dish. Goes great with staples without strong flavors such as rice or tofu.

Directions

  1. Quarter a cabbage, putting half away if not wanting to double the recipe.
  2. Cut each quarter into very thin slices.
  3. Add to pressure cooker with the ACV and water.
  4. Stir roughly, then close and set to Steam - Less (high pressure, 3 minutes).
  5. Allow to cook and release pressure naturally.
  6. Enjoy! :)
