  • dates (barhi, deglet, medjool)

seasonal

  • dates (khadrawi, halawi, honey)

legumes

  • lentils
  • mung beans
  • chickpeas

grains

  • white rice (jasmine, basmati, long grain, sushi, short grain, arborrio, etc)
  • wild rice

snacks

  • mangoes (dried, rehydrate before eating)
  • bananas (dried coins, NOT banana chips)

fridge

greens

  • celery
  • dino kale
  • parsley
  • cilantro
  • lettuces

frozen

These are allowed to thaw out so they're ready to eat by time I get to them.
