dfe0b26498 Add more Android versions for testing. Only download them on devices marked for additional sdks. Move the lists into facts so that they can be reused. Add uninstallation tasks.

16df857f08 Shrink down to just 1 yml file, putting the CPU and RAM into the env file, since the only docker-compose differences were the resource configuration.
