# flutter-health-checklist
App based on [Hyperling's Health Protocol](https://hyperling.com/health) for checking whether or not each pillar was successfully cared for. Simple UX of clicking a day and checking any of 7 boxes (food, water, sleep, exercise, environment, positivity, meditation), then showing the number of successes per day in a list or grid view.
