Everything I choose is organic or local unless it's something rare like durian.
## staples

- apples (pink lady, opal, cosmic crisp, autumn crisp, granny smith, sugar bee)
- dates (barhi, deglet, medjool)

- white rice (jasmine, basmati, long grain, sushi, short grain, arborrio, etc)

- mangoes (dried, rehydrate before eating)
- bananas (dried coins, NOT banana chips)
## fridge

- celery
- dino kale
- parsley
- cilantro
- lettuces
### frozen
These are allowed to thaw out so they're ready to eat by time I get to them.
